Terms of service

What the software does, what it does not do, and who is responsible for what.

Important. TradingNavi is a planning, journalling and record-keeping tool. It is not investment advice, not portfolio management, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every decision, every order and every loss is yours. Trading leveraged instruments can cost you more than you deposit. If you are unsure whether a trade suits your circumstances, speak to a licensed adviser.

1 · What this service is

TradingNavi lets you write trade plans, record levels and reasoning, track what you did, and review it afterwards. It displays market data from third-party sources and can pass plans you explicitly submit to trading software you run yourself.

2 · What it is not

We do not provide investment advice, investment brokerage, or portfolio management, and we are not licensed to. We hold no client funds and no securities account. Nothing in the software constitutes a personal recommendation, and no output should be read as one — including any figure, score, ranking, scan result, regime label or generated text.

Automated features such as scanners, regime classification and suggested setups are descriptive statistics computed from public price data. They describe what prices have done. They do not predict what prices will do.

3 · Orders and the MT5 bridge

If you connect the bridge, plans you submit are placed as orders by an Expert Advisor running in your own MetaTrader terminal, at your own broker, under your own credentials. We do not execute trades, do not route orders, and have no access to your brokerage account.

You are responsible for what you submit. Software fails. Connections drop, feeds lag, brokers reject orders, and stops do not always fill at the level shown. Do not rely on this software as the only control on a position.

4 · Market data

Prices, fundamentals, news and calendar entries come from third parties and are provided without warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Data may be delayed, wrong or missing. Do not rely on it for time-critical decisions.

5 · Your account

You need a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure, and one account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attack it, or use it unlawfully.

6 · Availability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime and may change or discontinue features. Where reasonable we will give notice of material changes.

7 · Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an an obligation essential to the purpose of the contract, and then only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made using the software is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Statutory liability under German product liability law is unaffected.

8 · Your content

Your plans, notes and trade history remain yours. You grant us only the right to store and process them to operate the service for you. We do not publish them, and we do not show them to other users.

9 · Changes to these terms

We will notify you of material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

10 · Governing law

The law of Germany applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected.
